When is enough enough? When is it 'too much'?

I took a promotion about 4 or 5 months ago and since then I have been bombarded with crap....never ending....I know this is not new, this is what happens to you in a supervisory position (I've been one before for years) but at some point too much is simply too much....

I actually got mad....yep..hard for many of you to believe, I know but I was screaming mad. My supervisor had to close her door at one point because I was getting too loud....*ME* too loud...those that know me well know how uncommon this is.

I got thru the day and I can feel a few new gray hairs...I have a *TON* of crapola to get thru in the morning from today before I can even begin to start on the current day crapola....fabulous.
